No high pressure or pushy sales pitches, just the facts, and how the vehicle would fit our needs. In the end, we got a great vehicle and couldn't be happier. We worked with him over a period of two days and he made us feel as though we were his only customers, even though I'm certain we were not. He even came in on his day off to be more accommodating for our schedules. It was a great experience.

I always thought a lexus had to be an over rated car. I was planning on upgrading my car so just for fun I decided to stop at lexus of wayzata where my first encounter was with Ignacio Garrigos in sales. What a great guy! Fun,very informative, patient, positive and not pushey!! He had me take a beautiful lexus for a test drive and 3 hours later I was driving that car home. I fell in love and know now that I will never own anything but a lexus again and if it works I will hope to buy my next one from Ignacio. I came in to buy a new UX. I really wanted to support women in a male-dominated industry and this dealership did have one woman available in Sales. Maria was great to work with...knowledgeable about the models, locating options in transit, negotiating my trade-in, etc. She has followed up after the sale as well, to close out any remaining items and make sure I’m pleased with the new car - which I am!
