I took my almost brand-new Subaru in for the required

I took my almost brand-new Subaru in for the required 6-month service today. I was shocked to find out I was going to be forced to pay $39 to have my tires rotated. They had less than 1000 miles on them. I protested but was told this was required in order to maintain my membership in the "First Team Forever" program. I didn't understand this when I purchased my new vehicle and that I would always have to pay out-of-pocket to "Complete all manufacturer recommended maintenance at the recommended interval at your expense." So, the bait suckered me to bite and now I'm stuck with an added expense I didn't expect. The old adage "if it sounds too good to be true then it probably isn't" applies here. I am very disappointed to find myself on the hook for an unknown total of unnecessary expenses.

I used to love bringing my vehicle here until this past

I used to love bringing my vehicle here until this past week where the service department over tightened my oil drain plug causing a cracked oil pan on my wife's subaru ascent and refused to fix what they broke just because another dealership happen to notice the leak when they were changing my brakes. Not only did they refuse to fix the issue but they seemed happy and taunted me when I went to pick up my vehicle after I had them look at their mistake by saying "Sorry, oh well, we can't fix your vehicle" in the most happiest mocking tone you could ever imagine. Between the assistant service manager being arrogant and unprofessional and his employees laughing and mocking me when I asked for the number to the office of the president for First Team Auto Group, this has to be the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a dealership. They did all this to me while in uniform and did not care that this was done to my wife's vehicle while I was out on a submarine deployment. You have lost a faithful customer and I recommend your service team learns from the one good employee that you have named Kaitlyn. She is the only one I ever liked dealing with and was always good to me and my wife. I hope you all feel good about cheating a customer.

The best!

Keith fulton was one of the easiest sales persons I have ever worked With. He answered my questions with honest answers. The process went quickly and he has made sure that everything was perfect so that I am satisfied. If you're looking at a Subaru, go see Keith Fulton. I would like to add the service center is absolutely awesome too.

Stay Away

Worst experience in my car leasing journey. Feel like I dealt with people with no knowledge what so ever and even finance folks in the dealership don’t know how to read a loan application. Without going through the same, they not only pull my credit and came back with apologies that they won’t be moving forward. Lease was for my son who is a student. Initially they mentioned one of us has to co-sign and we agree to it. Filled the applications, they pulled the credit. Callee and told we have to do one payment lease since my son is a student. Note, This information was available from the start of the discussion plus on credit application. Fine, while I was super pissed 😡, agree on single payment, now the jokers are saying bank won’t do even a single payment which is totally bizarre. I bet they screwed up somewhere or don’t know how to deal with this situation. Suggest to stay away or make sure they know the facts before they pull any credit or run away with your money. Finance person was Paul and Salesperson was Mike, just in case if they are reading this review, you wasted half of my day with your ignorance. Find another job since it clearly not working for you.

Amazing experience of buying a Subaru Crosstrek from

Amazing experience of buying a Subaru Crosstrek from First Team Subaru. I was looking for a japanies car about 3 month, but I could not do that because of the bad condition of car market these days. Finally, I ended up in purchasing Crosstrek with First Team. I was taken care by Zippora and she is very nice woman (I really appreciate for being patient and kind because I am a foreigner and my English is not perfect). I could buy my car with peace of mind. The financing team (especially Paul) offered me very good finance. Totally, I feel happy with my purchase and my car. Thank you First Team Subaru Norfolk.

customers for life

We had been looking for a used Subaru for a while - my husband went to First Team on a Monday morning and found 2 that he was interested in. Dave, Jonathan and Alex were extremely welcoming and friendly. He felt instantly at ease. We went back that afternoon and test drove the 2014 Outback. Alex E. was our salesman. He was great! He was very knowledgeable, but was not pushy or aggressive, which is an instant turn-off for us. He was so sweet and we felt very comfortable with him. We went back on Thursday evening and even though it was Alex's day off, he came in, in the rain and the cold. We drove away that evening in our beautiful Outback! They made the experience awesome from beginning to end. Our daughter and son-in-law also bought from them and will always go to them. If you are looking for a vehicle, we highly recommend First Team and Alex E. We will always go back to them!

My sister-in-law and I shopping for her first car

Our sales rep, Alex helped us from start to finish and I’d recommend him personally. He helped us in every way possible. When my lease is up I’ll be back to purchase my next Subaru and hopefully it will be another WRX and this time it will be a STI

Good service. Test drove a Kia Sportage. The whole staff was good. Variety of cars to choose from. I would recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a car.

Nissan Roque by First Team

First Team Western Branch has been a great company. I got my first Nissan from them years ago. Now I am ready to explore getting an SUV.
