2016 Ford Explorer

We have a 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum. At the 30k mile mark, the check engine light came on. I took it in for service. it was in two or three times without success. Finally, after replacing the Turbo, to no avail, they reverted to replacing the engine. Thank goodness we had the extended warranty. For some unknown reason, it took 8 weeks to replace. I got it back and on the way home the Low oil pressure light came on. They had to tow it back. A call was then made to the Service manager. What happened was that when they put the engine in, they pinched the wire harness shorting several of the sensors out. Their fix was to put shrink sleaving over the shorts and call it good. Fast forward to now. We are re-upping the extended warranty. To do this, the car needs to be inspected. They found an engine leak and a transmission leak. The engine leak was another turbo, which had to be ordered. the transmission was a gasket which could be quickly replaced. A rental should be provided asap. it took 2 days. The thing has now been n the shop foe almost 2 weeks. This is excessive. There also isn't much communication between the service advisor and customer. The customer should not have to bird-dog the service advisor. I will say that since Larry Miller took over from Berge, the service has really sucked.

took my 2018 ford edge in for service recall. I met Jose Bracamonte in sales who asked if he could help. Told him waiting on my 2018 Edge. He asked thought of upgrading. We walked out on the lot and found a really nice very low mileage 2022 Edge. Went on a test drive. Very friendly person, never pressure of sale just answering questions. Got back to the shop. He ran the numbers and we agreed. He got the processing done and approved. I was out with the new 2022 edge before eleven AM. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great sales person who listens and does not pressure. Jose is the guy. Loved the process and actually enjoyed the process in his hands.

I just want to say that their sales department is awesome!! Very friendly and really care. I was greeted by one of there Managers Cam very helpful and personable. They found us the best deal on our used F150… it was cheaper than all the other dealers around. We love it thank you

Cameron has great customer care/service

Cameron at Larry miller ford was so kinda and made sure there was no funny business with the purchase of my new Bronco. I will definitely be buying all my vehicles from LHM Ford very happy!!

I just bought a Ford Maverick. Been a long process, but Jacob, Camren, and Oscar did a great job of making it happen. Been trying to buy a Maverick since March.

Good Dealership

Thanks to Alfonso I purchased my long awaited Ford Maverick. Alfonso was very helpful and patient with questions I had and offered after purchase assistance with anything else I needed. Also to the finance guy (sorry forgot his name). He was really helpful as well.

Awesome people!

We've been a customer with Berge Ford since 2011. LHM bought the company. We bought 1 truck, 1 esacape & 1 focus.. now recently chevy SUV for my daughter. Awesome people from salesman to finance guys. And of course the repair sales Mr. ROB. We move up here in Naples, florida. But our daughter still lived in Mesa, Az.
