Very disappointed. Add $2,600 to advertised price

Bought my first and last car here today. Found the car I wanted there advertised for $40,000. READ THE FINE PRINT. There are $2,600 in mandatory "options" that come with the car that are NOT included in the sales price. I thought I had the car I liked at the price I liked so I went through the motions on the paperwork and it wasn't until everything was done and I was waiting for the car that I realized the numbers didn't add up. Throughout the process all those things you are being CHARGED for are referred to as "included", "comes with". They aren't included in the advertised price. They are included in the $2,600 you MUST pay in ADDITION to the advertised price. Those charges should have been fully disclosed up front. If they had I would definitely have still been annoyed but not nearly as pissed as I was figuring it out at the end. Be upfront and honest about the TRUE price of the car. Add $2,600 to whatever the advertised price is. This is exactly why people hate car shopping. You're never getting what you think for the price you think. And to top it off, I had mentioned that I expected a full tank of gas because when we went on the test drive it was less than 1/4 tank and white waiting someone told me it was being gassed up. They filled it to half tank. Talk about insult to injury! I was already pissed and then left and realized that I spent $50,000 and they didn't even fill up the gas tank! I will definitely make sure no one I know ever buys a car here.

Dealership was great. Would use them again in a heartbeat. It took a long time to get one of the repair parts. Otherwise the dealership was excellent!

Bad business practices

Bad business practices! They list a vehicle for a price and then when you get there it's actually more because they don't include upgrades in the online listed price. In my case, it was $8K more!
