I want to share my recent experience with Courtesy Jeep in Mesa AZ. I purchased a Jeep Gladiator Sport S. I was on a long rv roadtrip and was not actually able to visit the dealership. I was able to locate the vehicle via an internet search as I was looking for a very specific package and color. I spoke to Edwin Puga who was very personal, and down to earth. Since I knew what I wanted and where I wanted to be on price he quickly got his Sales Manager Jeff Bonner involved. We were able to come to a deal that worked for everybody. They made the process seamless and easy. At no time did I feel any pressure, and they both worked very hard to get me at a price I could buy the jeep for. When I got back from my RV trip I drove down to there dealership where they had my new Jeep detailed, gassed up and ready to go. I met both men and was finally able to put faces to the many text and phone calls. I then met Chris Shelton in financing. This was a very pleasant experience. We talked like we were friends, and there was no high pressure to add extra coverage. He very explained options for me on extended warranties and service. I explained I swap the vehicles out every year to 18 months and will sell before its out of the 36 month warranty. He was very receptive, heard me and did not try to pressure me to buy anything extra. Overall my experience was great. I will definitely recommend them to friend, family and coworkers. If you looking for an easy process in buying a new Jeep, check them out....you wont be disappointed.

Rodne is good sales rep! Understood what I wanted! He didn’t try and beat around the bush and try to sell me something different. He showed me the R/T told me about the safety and what it has to offer. Took it for test drive and he was there ever step of the way for paper work! I want to point out Rodne kept his word and would always give you a call back or advise when he can get back to you! No Pressure and no hassle!
