Easy, online new car purchase

Kendra gave me excellent service. Negotiated the car online, with great communication, attention and focused on what I wanted, she didn’t try to up sell. Got to dealership to only drop off my trade in, pick up new car and sign for financing.

We did application online because we live in casa grande, we got to the dealership and was introduced to kendra, she was amazing after hearing what ee were looking for she got the truck we loved! Went over numbers, truck wemt to detail and got gassed up! Our experience was nothing but exceptional! She and the dealership now have lifetime customers! We were in and out in 2 hours! Best process ever! Everyine was so much fun the music that was on was the best! Down to earth people singing to thw music made it that much more fun!

No keys

I inquired about a used Jeep Wrangler they had listed. Of coarse here starts the never ending calls, texts, emails we all get when they get ahold of your information. We I answered them because I was genuinely interested in the jeep. Financing was in place. I live in Cottonwood AZ and the Jeep is in Mesa. I told them I Would head down to check out the jeep. Just over two hours later I arrived at the dealership, get told him at the wrong dealership. I disagreed advising I was told to come to the specific one. Looking at the person I contact with me I then provided his name. The man continued to argue with me telling me I was at the wrong location and I needed to go to another location. I again asked to speak with the person I spoke to in the phone. Only to be told how the gentleman I was speaking to was the boss of it when I was asking for. Repeatedly. I said fine can I speak to the person that help me. When he arrives the escort me to the back service area to show me the jeep. I guess I wasn’t at the wrong place? Looking at the jeep I asked the salesman for the keys. He takes off come back about 10 minutes later advising they don’t have ANY KEYS. I asked how do you not have KEYS to a vehicle on your lot? How did you get it back here? I was told that the technician took them home. Which I find extremely Unlikely as I know the way they keep accountability of the keys! So I asked why I was told to come and look at this jeep if they knew they didn’t have keys? I advised him I drove over two hours just to look at this jeep. The salesman just look at me with this blank stare. As I turn around and walked away. Not one apology, not one hey let’s see what we can do, not one bit of help! Only to get a phone call later asking how I like the jeep? And people wonder why I hate shopping for cars. Especially at this dealership. Most unprofessional rude and completely unhelpful car dealer I have ever been to! Go else where!
