We came in to Courtesy to look at a Ram Laramie, Pete johnson was our salesman, he took care of us from the beginning. He was a no pressure salesman which I truly appreciate, but he took care of all of our needs, he even bought my grandkids some snacks while we were waiting.

Absolutely not a pleasant experience with anyone who works for the auto group or dodge in general I dont think I would ever own another vehicle that is made or owned by CJDR as every aspect of repairs and the issues with the vehicles seem to be the last worry for anyone from the corporate level to the dealership level never again

Ive spoken with you previously and I cannot say that it helped make any difference in the experience. as far as the details regarding the employees i dealt with despite my excessively poor experience i will not throw them under the bus online instead i will just rate the experience as a whole very poorly with the entire dealership
