The sales representative Sandy was Awesome.

The sales representative Sandy was Awesome. He made us feel valued and comfortable. He was knowledgeable and took his time answering our questions and doing everything to make sure we were confident I. Our decision making. He wasn’t rushing us to make a decision but advised us to take our now. He’s awesome.

My Andres I just bought 2025 Volkswagen.

My Andres I just bought 2025 Volkswagen. I am satisfied with the car but not with the sales person and the manager. There names are Cris salcedo and James Morgan. They are nothing but lies. I was promised tinted windows once I got the car. James Morgan did not answer my call for the tinted windows and I have proof of video and text messages that he will pay for the tinted windows.

No returned calls.

No returned calls. I feel like after they sold me the car ( which I felt pressured) that they didn’t care. Had to make extra trip due to that they didn’t powder coat my tires.. several things happened and I was not satisfied

Nice enough staff.

Nice enough staff. Had an appointment to pick up my vehicle but it wasn’t ready. I wanted it fully charged and the sales manager told my salesman to put it in the fast charger while they finish up my paperwork. Finally after 2 hours they bring my car around with 34% charge. When I asked why didn’t you charge it he said the charger was occupied. He didn’t even bother to tell me until I asked. Ridiculous. I left with nothing detailed and low state of charge. I was ok about it not being cleaned I can do that myself. But if it were a gas powered car it would be full of gas. Therefore I expected it to be full of electricity!

As a dealership as a whole, they are pretty decent.

As a dealership as a whole, they are pretty decent. The service department, I’ve had issues with over the years. Many people forget that VW is expensive so be prepared to pay more. Very skimpy on discounts. Would I purchase another VW? Probably not.

Their customer service is impeccable, BUT lets talk about

Their customer service is impeccable, BUT lets talk about the under crust. This dealership is bogus. They pad your deal with junk fees an unnecessary services. The Finance Department told me that I had to pay the dealership $790.00 to cancel an unwanted third party warranty". I was told by the Customer Relations Manager (name escapes me) that it would be done (2 months ago). I've called several times and HE is running away from my calls since requesting a hard copy proof of the cancellation of the $2,760.00 fee for WARRANTECH. Buyer BEWARE! READ YOUR FINANCE AGREEMENT! Decline whatever you dont agree with.
