Military story here, I bought a 2015 jeep wrangler with a
Military story here, I bought a 2015 jeep wrangler with a 6-inch crack in the windshield driver side area. It was put in writing that they would replace the windshield at a later date that was covenant for me and let me have it that day. i was then rapidly deployment and they were unable to complete that promise. On arrival back to the states i was able to gain contact with the store director and he promptly took care of my issue. me and matt worked on a solution that best fit my schedule and i can personally say that their customer service sets the standards for dealers across the GA area.

Was sold a car without a clean title without our
Was sold a car without a clean title without our knowledge. After calling for almost 5 months so we could get a tag we finally found out why we could never get a tag. While in possession of the car the transmission went out and the dealership said it was on us. The costs was $5200 plus the tow. They finally said they would take the car back but that we were out over $5K and was told we were crazy for fixing the transmission. They now have the car back with a brand new transmission that they will sell and we are out the $. The sales manager Jay Fredrickson was beyond disgusting. We called for months and his response was why didn't we drive there for help? Stay away from here at all costs. There is no owner apparently and only a Board of Directors that is based out of the country

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE!!! I purchased a Ram Power Wagon from them. Drove from Ocala, FL to pick up my new truck. When I arrived, no one was expecting me. No big deal, lets sign the paperwork and move on. 6 hours later, I was finally on my way... or so I thought. Come to find out, there was a recall from 3 days earlier that they failed to catch. Due to this recall, I was not allowed to take the truck with me. A waste of 6 hours at the dealership, 5 hours driving and 400 miles. A few days later they did deliver the vehicle to Ocala. Then I checked on the payoff of my trade-in. They paid it but we're off by $40. I called them several times, left VM and text messages but never received a call back. So, in order to save my credit, I paid the $40 + $10 charge for doing it. $50, no big deal.. again. Then, I receive a call stating they have my new plate. I have a specialty plate that was suppose to be transferred. When I called them I was informed that they missed that and if I wanted my specialty plate, I'd have to go to the FL DMV to get it transferred. My point, if you value your time and don't enjoy being lied to, stay away from this incompetent dealership. An average Joe's $0.02
