I was in the market for a used Lexus so I drove to

I was in the market for a used Lexus so I drove to MotorWorld to view what they had in stock. I went inside after looking at what they had outside. While inside looking over some of the vehicles, a young man asked if I needed any help. This young man was Derek Nowak. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with all things Lexus. He took the time to answer all of my questions and accompany me on my test drives. He was with me from the beginning until the purchase was completed. He then followed me outside to give me a tutorial and complete the setup of my vehicle.

This was my third service appt with Collin Finkel.

This was my third service appt with Collin Finkel. As with the earlier two, it went perfectly. Recognizing the time required, Collin met me on arrival with a brand new Lexus to use as a loaner for the day. Upon return, the paperwork awaited my signature;all had been taken care of and the work done to my complete satisfaction. I was impressed to say the least, and on my way home in minutes. Clearly, I recommend him as a highly competent service rep or I wouldn't be taking the time to write this.

Collin Finkel showed a complete lack of professionalism

Collin Finkel showed a complete lack of professionalism during my visit on May 27, 2025. Despite having a scheduled appointment and arriving early, I was never greeted, acknowledged, or offered any assistance. He prioritized another customer who arrived at the same time and made no effort to check me in or even speak to me. His dismissive attitude made it clear that customer service is not a priority for him. Very disappointing.

My wife and I recently had service on each of our Lexus vehicles. Collin was a pleasure to work with on both occasions and made our experience an awesome one. Our experience was fantastic. The entire MotorWorld Lexus staff were awesome. This was our second new car purchase here and I am sure there will be more. We were very comfortable during our visit. I had an Excellent experience with this dealership!! Israel is the best!!! I purchased a lexus. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and from the comfort of my home.
