The Best!

This was THE best buying experience in over 50 years of acquiring vehicles. Jay was a pleasure with whom to work from the start; answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the Jeep and the agreed upon price. The best part was he synced my phone to the Jeep and showed me those areas I needed to know. While there is another dealership closer to my house, I will return to Campbell for any future purchases and services. Jay is an honest, forthright and superb sales associate! The best part about this purchase? I was in and out of there in just over an hour and it would have been less time had I not traded war stories with Russell in Finance! Save money, save time - go see Jay at Campbell's.

Excellent experience.

Excellent experience. Mike listened as I explained what I was looking for. Then he found it for me. Then, at delivery time, he helped me set up the new tech and walked me through the various features. I'll be coming back to Mike for my next vehicle purchase.

Repair shop and workers needs more training

Service department and manager is a rip off. My mother took her vehicle in three weeks ago and were still waiting. Started off with a diagnostic check and three weeks later there saying several more issues $3100 we lost. No one calls back they lie and steal from great people . Btw we are still waiting to get our vehicle

Never again!

Never again! Salespeople were aggressive, rude and bragged about taking advantage of recent storm victims. Zero professionalism. I could go on and on about my brief experience on their lot, but there isn't enough space on this review form. Don't pull in. There are better options out there.

Unprofessional & Rude Sales Staff - Never Again!

Salespeople chased me around on golf carts, cut me off from leaving the lot then used foul language while basically telling me they took advantage of buyers that had no choice but to pay the price they wanted to charge. Total lack of professionalism. Now I know why no has ever told me to shop there.
