Their service department sucks.

Their service department sucks. Stay away, far, far away. Took me a week to get a simple repair. Very, very, very bad customer service.

Highly recommended!!!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Allen Funderburk was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to help us choose the right car for us. Ariel Sumler was a joy to meet and work with. She made the paperwork process fun and non-stressful. I highly recommend them!

New Car

Mayday is a great salesman! He took the time to show us everything the car had to offer. He answered all the questions we had and most of all made us feel like family. Since buying the car, Mayday has contacted us several times to make sure everything is okay and if we needed anything. We love our new car as well as loving our new friend, Mayday! He is now part of our family.

Absolutely Phenomenal, Professional, and Knowledgeable!

Absolutely Phenomenal, Professional, and Knowledgeable! Let's face it, noone wants to bring their car in for service, even if it's just for an oil change but it's something that has to be done! So when I came in to Campbell I was met by Miranda and she made the whole process seamless, painless, and even though she must deal with a lot of unhappy people, she kept a smile on her face the whole time and her positivity made my experience a very pleasant one and I'll use Campbell for all my service needs from here on out as long as she works there!! Asset to the company and a pleasure to do business with!!

I am very displeased with my experience at this

I am very displeased with my experience at this dealership. I was intentionally sold a car that had a bad transmission and I was lied to by the salesman and told there was nothing wrong with the car but needing new front tires and a windshield replacement. The car started acting up less than an hour after leaving the dealership and when I reached out to the salesman to let him know, I was basically told that he had already dropped the price $1000 (which he said was because of the need for tires and a windshield) and that he had no intentions of doing anything in regards to the issue. I test drove the car and there was nothing seemingly wrong upon the test drive with the transmission, but as the car warms up, the issues began to show up. I am highly disappointed that I have now spent a large amount of money on something that has no use to me. I have reached out to my local Attorney General’s office as well as the Better Business Bureau as such misrepresentation should not be allowed. Hopefully they can help me to get some resolution in this matter.

The people at the dealership are friendly, outgoing and professional. If they are unsure of something, they find someone with the answer. Both Marshall Davis and Luke (don't know his last name) were very helpful in purchasing our new car - especially Marshall. This is our 2nd new car that we purchased from Campbell in 2 years. We also have both of our vehicles serviced for at Campbell. You should commend Marshall for a job well done!
