Carlos the Salesman was cool calm and collected. He explained ever question I had in detail. He also said this was the smoothest test drive. I was out of there in like a less than 90 minutes. He is a real professional. Whoever I spoke to on the initial phone call, she was also a great help in kickstarting all this. I had a new car in about 5 hours from call, to keys. Also I just drove about 400 miles on a roadtrip and my Jeep Compass drove GREAT.

My Sales Rep was Austin and he was amazing. I set up the express pickup and I was only in the dealership for 31 minutes total. Austin got all my paperwork done quickly and efficiently and had me on my way shortly after. The best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I’d definitely come back and purchase with him again.

CarMax worked with me on finding a car I would love and can afford. I was able to take back the first car I financed cause of possible mechanical issues within a few days with no issues, got me into a different car that drives smoothly. The 2 sales women and 2-3 managers who came to make sure all was going smoothly for me to finance, were all so friendly. Would definitely purchase from CarMax again. Highly recommended for those who may have credit issues.

I have only positive things to say about CarMax in Killeen they are an excellent customer service I mean excellent there are very friendly they they make you comfortable you are comfortable not nervous they speak to you and respect you and and you know it's just amazing of how their customer service is I truly truly love CarMax my son-in-law will be buying a car soon at carmax and anybody that is looking for a vehicle I truly truly recommend CarMax because I had an excellent experience working with them or them working with me thank you for CarMax

This is my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from carmax let me just say every associate at Carmax Killeen I spoke to from Avi, Kelani not sure if I spelled her name correct, a gentlemen I spoke to on Monday forgot his name sorry but finish closing the deal with Adonis heads down the best car buying experience. Even though it was a situation with my transfer from a different store Carmax Killeen made sure to take care of me and I appreciate everyone I either spoke to because I called I felt a million times for updates lol or went in person. They made sure my express pick up was ready and I was in and out. Thank you Carmax Killeen I love my new vehicle!!!
