Genovie made the process a breeze.

Genovie made the process a breeze. I needed new rotors and pads installed, as well as a few other things taken care of. The turnaround time was quick, and Danny, the service technician, did an amazing job as always. Additionally, as a bonus, they detailed the car inside and out, and it looked brand new!

I had the pleasure of working with Genovie, who provides outstanding customer service. Genovie will graciously assist you in selecting options that align with your requirements, ensuring coverage for necessary repairs, and recommending the optimal maintenance plan. Genovie will assist you in making choices that suit your needs. Recently, they have upgraded their policies by informing you approximately how long the service will take. The communication has improved, but there are too many texts coming from different numbers, making it difficult to decipher. I believe it's the combination of automated messages and human interaction that's confusing. However, the positive aspect is that if you call, a human will promptly answer your questions.

I had truly amazing experience with the service department at Volvo Manhattan, they are so amazing and professional. Genevie Fernandez, Ana Rosario and everyone else I meet at the Volvo sales and service, sure know how to make you feel like family.

I had an outstanding service coordinator in Genovie she was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. She made all the difference for me and I will be back for future appointments.as needed. I will insist on Genovie bring my service coordinator.

The service representatives themselves were great, the

The service representatives themselves were great, the problem I had is that the service department recommended almost $5,000 in repairs on my 2019 car with only 42,000 miles. The repairs included $1,200 for new shocks, which upon taking my car somewhere else to be replaced, they said they did NOT need replaced. There was a $370 charge to upgrade the cars software, which is odd because if Volvo upgraded their software, shouldn't they also upgrade the software in their cars as well? (Does Apple charge you for their software updates??) The other charges were grossly marked-up ($900 to replace a $300 battery, which now I question whether I need a new battery at all). It was very disappointing to feel that my annual maintenance appointment turned into an opportunity for Volvo to create reasons to make money off of me.

The worst service.

The worst service. Gives wrong information. Takes 3 days just to get car looked at. Don’t use them .
