Manny was respectful and cool. I'll choose him next time. 2.5 hours for a tire rotation and oil change? Completely unacceptable. Especially when I was there 15 minutes early to my appointment with only 2 other vehicles in front of me/in the shops.

Great service experience.
Great service experience. The service advisor, Mike, was courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed. The Tech I spoke with, Rich, was also courteous, knowledgeable, and showed me exactly where the issues were. The estimate was accurate and the final bill was slightly less than estimated. Overall great experience!
