Used technology to tell I needed an alignment.

Used technology to tell I needed an alignment. Was there at 7:30 am and was checked out at 10:30. It seemed like an inordinate amount of time needed to change oil and filter and alignment. Would like to appraised of why the long delay.

Disappointed in their click bait tactics

Same as one of the other recent negative reviews. Went in this weekend to check out a used vehicle. They tacked on an additional “convenience care package” that is not optional. Advertised the low price online for the vehicle but the care package added about 3k and that wasn’t even including ttl costs. CLICK BAIT TACTICS to bring you in. Was told the fee was mentioned online but looked at listing on their site and nowhere does it say anything about the care package or that it’s required. Finance dept boasted their prices were so low that their only real competition wasnt the other local dealers, it was the dealers in DFW. Honestly don’t know how a $3000 required “add on” is much of a deal. I was willing to make a deal but they would not budge on that care package (which besides cosmetics coverage only had a 6 month power train warranty). Anyways, went to their “competition” and bought a vehicle. Paid less for the vehicle and got a great deal + a steal of a 24 month warranty. The only good experience at Shottenkirk Toyota was the friendly people welcoming you in when you arrived and the drive to Weatherford.
