If I could give this dealership negative stars that would be too much. I brought my Cadillac in for service, and was told they had no loaner. Waited on a warranty part and a call back but never heard from them again. Two months later, I called and was told "the part just came in", but no loaners available. FOUR phone calls later, to include one to the Service manager over a three week period, I still don't have an appointment on a WARRANTY item. No one returns calls, no one does anything to assist and this dealership is a joke. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Kkmjbruce, I apologize that you were not able to get a loaner from us. To help you in the future we have a waiting list for our Cadillac loaners and preferably they are given out to customers who purchased the car here and/or the repair is a warranty item paid for by the manufacturer and that particular warranty item has the customer out of their vehicle for a day or two. Poor service from my salesman, Steven Dickins to the General manager after, Trent. Called a dozen or more times to get service on my 2019 Cadillac to no avail. They sell you a call then toss you under the bus. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANOTHER CADILLAC FROM THEM.

MISLEADING advertising. KEEP AWAY.
Their ads all claim some HUGE amount off of MSRP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. They'll eventually claim "oh, that was a mistake, we can't possibly discount it that much" even though it's literally spelled out in not just their Cars.com ad, but also on their own website. If it was just on 1 advertisement, that could possibly be "just a mistake", but when it's on most all of their ads, that's just fraudulent lead-generating tactics.

Poorest service I’ve ever experienced
The service center for Cadillacs at Dan Vaden Chevrolet is the worst service center I have ever experienced. Not only do they not keep their appointments, but for an oil change my car has sat at their dealership now for a day and a half and will not be ready until the end of the day making it 2 days for an oil change and AC check. Virtually no communication or status calls from the management. No loaner cars. And no updates. Very unsatisfactory

We do offer an express oil change service which is performed by our Lube Technician. When another service is added the job then gets assigned to a mechanic, who may have current jobs they're working on. We will review your concerns with the employees.
Insurance Repair
Ms Harden was the service rep. for my repair. She served me in a very professional manner. She was also very nice to work with.

Did not complete work in a timely fashion. Was originally told 2 hours for work. Ended up taking a full 4 hours to service my vehicle

Professional and courtesy
This was the most professional and most courtesy visit I have had at Vaden Cadillac of Brunswick in 3 years. I was treated with respect and dignity. I have no problem bringing my car back because I know I will get professional services.

Too many surveys
Amanda is always wonderful. I have had a phone call and this is the second survey and I have responded everything is great. I think one would be enough. Angie is the nicest of all. The verification at the end is just too much.
