When we arrived at the dealership we were met on the sales lot by a Sales Representative and he made us feel at ease just by greeting us and showing us the available vehicles. We later met the Manager and he made us feel at ease and welcomed us to the dealership. As we progressed in the buying process everything was explained to us and there was no pressure to purchase. I explained what I needed for the purchase to happen and they worked extremely hard to reach the goals. As a result of there willingness to work with us we were able to purchase the car we desired.
