Excellent experience buying my new Audi SQ5. Matt, my Audi Brand Specialist worked with me to order a 2025 SQ5 that was equipped the way I wanted it to be. It took about 4 months for the car to be assembled, shipped to the US and transported to the dealership. Matt kept me informed regularly on the status of the car over that period. He also worked with me in getting a fair trade-in price for my 2021 Audi. He had my new car ready to go when I came in to pick it up. Completing the paperwork was simple and fast. Great experience!

Natalia was my original point of contact for my VW ID4,
Natalia was my original point of contact for my VW ID4, and she was amazing! She was able to get me and my husband in for a test drive the same day I emailed her. We were then paired up with Chad who was great too! He was very knowledgeable about the German car lineup and got us a great price as well. He didn’t make us feel pressured to make any decisions immediately, which helped us decide to buy! We wrapped up with Roman who was another delight to be around. Super great energy from him, and was really great at explaining everything to us and going over all of our options. We decided to add tint to the vehicle, and they were able to get us in the next morning, it came out amazing! We were really pleased with our experience here. We definitely are not your usual clientele, but we felt like we were treated the same way as someone buying a brand bee Porsche and that’s a great customer experience on its own. :)
