I had a major repair done and it took a while for me to decide and then for the parts to arrive etc, but everything went well and the car is back in good shape. Nic Smith was my service advisor and he is on top of things and did a great job. I had a lot of questions and Nic looked into everything and worked with me patiently. He was always very courteous and responsive, returning all calls quickly, and I'm grateful. Thank you!
