I always use Audi Melbourne for regular maintenance of my A4 which was also purchased there. For this latest visit, it was easy to schedule by phone an oil change and check of all fluids, and the wait time during the visit was shorter than expected. Overall, customer service provided by Sylvinsky and everyone I met in the service department was great.

I have bought several Audis from the Audi Of Melbourne dealership. I have gone to other dealerships, but none of them have made me feel like I am family like they do here. Rohit is my salesman and he follow up with me to make sure all is well and it?s always there for answers. Susan, Sandra, Diego, Slyvinsky all get you for always being there and taking care of me without a wait. There is an Audi dealership 15 minutes from my home, but I choose to drive an hour and a half to get to this dealership because of how wonderful they are.
