I had my car brought here for an engine problem, it was there 6 weeks and the whole time I was lied to regarding where the parts were. I was hung up on multiple times and the service person I talked to was rude. When I picked it up it was filthy not washed and I was told they don’t wash cars if they’re brought in a different door. A few days later the truck was shaking so I checked the lugs and they were finger tight and there was broken wheel studs probably because they couldn’t find the wheel lock key instead of just asking

Been to this dealership multiple times to repair the same
Been to this dealership multiple times to repair the same problem. Nothing was given to honor the inconvenience. Poor workmanship Clips missing job is not buttoned up well. Once spoke to the service advisor hung up on me and refuse to talk to me. Manager promises better but we'll see. Only dealing with the company because warranty is not transferable.

Fairly disappointing visit.
Fairly disappointing visit. I had a deal with Kia to pick up a new car. A week later they told me that they didn't run the credit report originally and they'd have to breach the deal and ask for more money. When I turned down the new offer the Kia Floor Manager Keith Lopes told me I couldn't get my deposit money back due to "location fees" and its all on the level because of the "State Attorney General says so". Almost criminal in my view that they would hold my money hostage when its Kia who breached the contract. If anything I should've received a better deal but instead they refused, rather arrogantly, to give me back my deposit money. Fortunately the dealership owner intervened and we were able to make the deal. Be better Kia of Attleboro...

Excellent service. Quick and efficient service from the service advisor. In and out under 1 hour for oil change and recall. Acknowledged the minute I opened the door. Always informing me of the progress. Comfortable place to wait for my car to be done.
