I purchased a car from Kia of Attleboro two weeks ago,

I purchased a car from Kia of Attleboro two weeks ago, and they have definitely earned a five star review from me. I found the car online and it was one of the best priced out there for the combination of year, mileage, and options. I made a call and was told it was available to see and I should come by whenever is convenient. I showed up a couple hours later and met with Roy, who showed me to the car, which was pretty much all ready for me to take a look at. I asked a couple questions, and took it on a test drive. I came back pleased with the car and decided to talk about the purchase process with Roy. Roy helped explain what the price out the door would be, the process, basically everything. He was direct and honest and not pushy, which I appreciate when I'm shopping for a car. After he explained the details of the sale, I took a few minutes to decide, and ended up making the purchase. He got everything together for me and we completed the sale. He definitely made the process easy and I appreciate all of his work he put in to getting me in the car and answering any questions I had. I also want to shout out to the service department. I had a slight issue with the car after I brought it home, and they took car of it promptly. I made an appointment with them, brought the car in, they diagnosed and fixed it free of charge. I would definitely recommend Kia of Attleboro to anyone else shopping for a car as they gave me a pleasant purchasing experience that I consider to be excellent service, especially when you're doing something as important as shopping for a car.

My sister-in-law purchased a car from this dealership.

My sister-in-law purchased a car from this dealership. She suggested I look at the KIA as she was happy with her car. My brother and sister-in-law went to the Attleboro dealership to look at different models based on what I was looking for. ( I am currently having mobility issues, so they were assisting me to reduce the time and hassle I would have to spend looking for a car). While at Attleboro KIA, they saw a model that they felt would meet my criteria. They met Roy S./sales and leasing specialist. They explained their reason for being there. Roy spent time with them and answered all their questions. They both commented on how approachable he was and had a pleasant demeanor. I called the dealership the next day and set up a time to meet with Roy and look at the K5. I did like the car and the transaction took place. I was pleased that Roy was so easy to work with. He assisted with the financial piece and everything worked out fine. What I would like to mention is that Roy is a gentleman. He is kind and considerate. He understood that I had mobility issues and catered to that, minimizing any distance I had to walk. For example, he moved my car from the front lot to the side lot, just outside the business office, so it was easy for me to access. That was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. I was also told by Roy that he was available for any questions and tutorial(s) that I found I was in need of…just give him a call.

A stress-free experience

My brother and sister-in-law checked out the K5 for me. (My sister-in-law purchased a car at the Attleboro dealership). They met Roy S. and explained they were assisting me as I currently have mobility issues. He was pleasant and spent time with them to answer their questions. I called Roy the next day and we met in the afternoon. He was pleasant, courteous and made the transaction much less stressful than I anticipated. He was considerate of my mobility issues, which I appreciated. He moved my car to a location outside the business office so I would not have to walk back to the front lot. That action was thoughtful and very much appreciated. I would recommend Roy to anyone looking to purchase a car at the Attleboro KIA

Actual bill almost twice the estimate.

Actual bill almost twice the estimate. Waited an extra hour and a half for work to be completed. Several terrible experiences with the service department over the last 2 years. Definitely would not recommend service at this facility.

Overall happy with the dealership!

Overall happy with the dealership! George was such a huge help throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and helped me get into the car I wanted. So grateful for all of his help!

Appreciate the work by used car sales manager Mike.

Appreciate the work by used car sales manager Mike. My salesman Dean didn’t react well to being challenged on pricing. Dean also didn’t react well when asked our an issue with the car.It took about a week to get the registration. I felt like i had to stay on top of the salesman to get the registration complete. Very disappointed that we only got one keyFab and the car didn’t come with floor mats. I expected getting only 1 key fab and no floor mats from a used car dealer but not from a Kia dealership when i am buying a Kia.

Car worth 33,000.

Car worth 33,000. Paid 38,000 with 4,000 down. Expensive lesson learned my me. Always bring someone with you. I expected everyone to be honest and transparent but that didn't happen. If I could undo this purchase without destroying my credit. I would.
