Fast and friendly

Stopped by the Fernley dealership looking for a slightly used car or truck. The prices on new Jeeps were surprisingly reasonable and Miguel took some time to find out what our price ranges were and showed us a few vehicles that we might like. We decided on a new Cherokee Sport since the incentives were good. We were in and out in about 2 hrs. Rod and Matt walked us through the paperwork, explaining everything fully. We will definitely recommend Fernley Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to our friends!

Painless and Pleasurable Purchase

My wife and I have been buying cars and trucks for forty-one years. During that time we've experienced just about every type of car sales imaginable. We thought we'd seen it all. At Reno Dodge, we were met by a salesman, Tony Roach. Tony was pleasant, professional, and informative. He went out of his way to provide us with the vehicle we were looking for. Inside the dealership, we met with numerous people that their names escape me due to the fact that our encounters were brief, and I couldn't believe how smooth everything went. Before my wife and I knew it, we had purchased the truck that I had been looking for. There was no arguing, very little negotiating, and the paperwork (sales contract) went as smooth as anything I've ever experienced. The people of Reno Dodge were some of the friendliest, courteous, and professional people we've ever dealt with. In forty years of buying motor vehicles, this was the most pleasant and enjoyable purchase we've ever had. I would wholeheartedly recommend everyone looking to buy a car or truck to go in and visit Reno Dodge at 700 Kietzke Lane.

pleasant experiance

Everybody was very professional and knowledgeable from Bill Zupo in sales to Troy in finance and everybody involved. Pleasant experience. Would not hesitate to recommend. .

What a great experience!

This is our first experience with Reno Dodge, and we are just so excited at the deal that we got!! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We felt like we were treated like family! Thank you Reno Dodge!! Just loving our new Challenger!!!

My dream car my bucket list

They all went out of their way above and beyond. I have been to other dealerships and did not hqve a good experience. Mr Wier and Moe you should be very proud of your staff. I tip my hat to Larry, Tom, and Vinny. They are now my extended family. In fact "They Rock!" Im a proud owner of a 2017 124 Fiat Spyder. Love you guys. You made my dream come true.

It was all right

The first time that we went in wasnt satifidy but then when we went back they explained the reason why they couldnt sale use the car we wanted we understood.

Great Experience!

My husband and I had a great experience here at Reno Dodge. I let Tom Kirklin, our salesman, know what we wanted and he worked to find exactly what my family needed. Everyone was very friendly, not pushy at all and I really appreciate all the team there. We are looking forward to going back when it is time for our next purchase. It was probably the best car buying experience we have had.

Won't be back a 3rd time

Purchased a 2017 Fiat Spyder on Sunday April 30, 2017. This my second purchase, with a very similar experience. The other vehicle was a new 2015 Ram 2500, Jan 1, 2015. The sale goes quick and friendly enough. It's after the sale with any issues with the vehicle. Also, the delivery is not a good experience. The check off sheet is thrown in front of you while you're still at the finance table. No cleaning, "no gas card", etc. Why be open on Sunday if you can't staff. No follow up, I needed some defects taken care of but apparently it takes paperwork several days to go from one desk to another. I bought a car down the street at GMC and I had a follow up call on Monday.
