Write a reviewgot a great deal on my car but ......
The car is great. We love it!!! The salseman Jason Tate was a bull you know what. The customer service leaves something to be desired as well. No follow thru and we had to keep on them to do things to the car they said they would do. I have purchased many cars from reno dodge over the past 20 years and i assure you when its time for my new charger i will not be going to reno dodge. I gave them 2 stars because i love the car!! The man in finance was super nice and awesome!!

Honest employees, good service
The employees answered all of my questions and were friendly. I would recommend the dealership to others. They were respectful and knowledgeable. This is my second vehicle purchased in the last year and have had good service with both.

Great service, great place to buy a car!
I bought my Dodge Charger from Reno Dodge last year and they worked hard to get me in it at the price I wanted to pay. I still remember Devin going to my mechanic with me and waiting a whole hour to make sure my people came up green on everything. This trip I brought it back into the service center for an airbag recall. I also asked if they could replace my license plate holder which got cracked up while I was at work...Red Charger=target! Kitt Ramey helped me and got me all sorts of info that I asked for extra...and he squeezed me in for a VERY affordable change up on the plate holder. Ben Owings also helped me with direction and info and is the very reason I went to Reno Dodge in the first place...Great customer at my store and great car service (and other things I think there) person who makes sure you are happy with the experience and the car! Great job and thank you a ton guys!

SRT 392
Has to be on the best dealerships around town. I came in one down with my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee and within my time being there I found the car of my dreams and pulled out of the lot with a brand new SRT. Tom was a very funny and awesome guy who helped me seal the deal while Larry was the one who showed me the car that I never thought I’d ever own. Highly Recommend anyone looking for a truck or a badass charger.

Great Experience
We bought a 2018Dodge Challenger, we had such a great experience. This is one of the nicest dealerships my husband and I have ever dealt with. Jason Tate and Daniel in finance were helper, honest, funny. Usually I dread the thought of going to a dealership but this dealership will definitely get more of our business.

Great, until.....
Took my 95 Dodge Ram 1500 in for electrical problems with the ignition. They found it was the battery that was bad causing all of the running problems. First time I've ever been in this dealership as it's the first time I've ever owned a Dodge. Was pleasantly surprised they didn't xxxx me financially for replacing a battery. But, when I drove away and got on the on-ramp at Mill Street to 580 South was in the merge lane doing about 55 and the engine Hood came flying into the windshield. Unbelievable that a mechanic would not check to make sure the hood was properly latched. This was during rush hour traffic and fortunately I was able to pull the truck off to the shoulder of the road looking out the side windows as I gradually braked to a stop with a hood in my windshield. Contacted my service advisor and I HAD YO CALL their tow company to come pick the truck up and take it back to the dealership. Depending on the outcome of this debacle my rating may change but not until then

Can't Be Trusted
I've had several bad experiences with the service department at Reno Dodge but this latest was my last. I'll take my Promaster to Carson City before I'll let Don Wier's touch it again. About a year ago I took my 1yr old Promaster van in after my DEF light indicated I need service. I was told that I'd hit a chunk of ice and damaged the DEF pump, and it needed to be ordered. I own Top Notch Handyman Service LLC and my business is completely reliant on the use of my van. After several days of missed work the pump came in and was installed. I was then informed that the whole tank needed to be replaced also and there was no tank within the United States. More missed work. They finally found one and when it came in I was told that an empty box had been shipped. This ineptness was unbelievable! Finally, after 5 weeks of missed work (and over $18,000 in lost income), I got my van back. I complained to the Chrysler Customer Service and they investigated the situation. I was given 3 yrs of free oil changes and tire rotations as a consolation for my inconvenience. Fast forward to this January. I took my van in for an oil change. Late afternoon I get a call informing me that whoever changed the oil last had crossthreaded the drain plug and another would have to be ordered. I told Ben Owings that Reno Dodge changed the oil last and was told that couldn't be because the old filter was an off brand and they used Mopar. Another day of work lost. I rescheduled the oil change for another date and called Chrysler Customer Service again. Reno Dodge had been the last one's to change the oil (which I knew). I took a picture of the old filter(Tecnocar brand) for reference. After taking another day off for the oil change I went in to pick it up and get things settled. Again, Ben insisted that they weren't the last ones to change the oil and was going to charge me for the day's work. This included $65 for a drain plug. I refused to pay and told him the date that they'd performed the work so it WAS their mechanic that crossthreaded the drain plug. He said he'd talk to his manager to see what they could do. After a few minutes he told me they like to take care of their good customers (yeah, right!) and wouldn't charge me anything. When I got home I looked at the oil filter and couldn't believe my eyes. It was a Tecnocar filter, the exact same one he'd claimed wasn't used by Reno Dodge! After lying to me and being deceitful, I can't trust Reno Dodge anymore. If I need warranty work done now I have to take it to Carson City or California. This is a major inconvenience!! Believe me, I'll be telling anyone I can about my ordeal with this 2nd rate service dept. 2/11/2018 Alan J. Lynch

They are there for you
I live 4 1/2 hours away in central Nevada. I Went to Reno to buy some groceries and thought I would give an unannounced call for an oil change an inspection on my new truck I had purchased 5 months earlier. I was blown away when Don Larson said bring it in when you can and we’ll take care of you. I took it in just then, they took my keys and said we’ll have it done for you rite away. Very professional I’m very happy and impressed
