BEWARE of this place!! We went to Tennessee Auto Network today to buy a Ford F-150. They had it priced for $14,449. We offered them $14,500 out the door. First they said we have a $300 doc fee and I said that's fine then drop the price of the truck $300. I told him I didn't care what fees he had. He can charge whatever he wanted to just drop the price of the truck to match it to where we walk out paying $14,500 (more than sticker price) without the extra garbage. He said is it a personal loan or a auto loan? We told him auto loan and he said okay. It's a deal. We shook hands!! we left and went to the bank and waited for him to send a purchase agreement over. We waited for a while then called him and he started acting funny on the phone. Then finally agreed to send the purchase agreement over and when he did it was more than $1,000 over what we agreed upon and even had shook hands upon! We called him back and he tried at first to say that there was a "misunderstanding" and after we called him out on that he said he can't sell it for anything less because he would be upside down on it (which everyone knows is a total lie). I'll never again try to buy a vehicle off of these people. We left and bought from another dealership.

Honestly, they really do want to make their customers happy!!! They even check up on you and the car months after you purchased!!! I purchased a car and now my family goes to them because the inventory and price is the best what we have seen yet!!!
