We are from Texas and we are very disappointed with the service!!! My husband bought me a 2024 wildtrak bronco it’s amazing ! The problem is that the people who work there did not include the tax fees for Texas. They were supposed to include them into our payment but did not do so. They sent the paperwork a month later (how convenient for them). We went to the tax office to get the license plates and stickers just to find out that we have to pay more than $4,000 all at once for the taxes that this dealership was supposed to include in our payment. We are basically paying 70,000 dollars just to the dealerships for their benefit and not ours! If we knew this we would have just went with a different dealership! The dealership has been no help what’s so ever! Would not recommend this place at all! If I could leave a negative star I would! We were looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from them but that is not going to happen! Super disappointed! The sales reps were good but the financing department bamboozled us! So buyers be aware!

Mike was awesome and we had no issues with titling our new bronco we bought from oklahoma and transported it to Honalulu Hawaii! Mike and Logan rocked!
