We went to test drive a used vehicle advertised by Logan;
We went to test drive a used vehicle advertised by Logan; he and I had corresponded previously via messenger. It was during Covid and he had offered to bring it to our home. It turned out to be what I wanted, but we returned for a second test drive; and again it was not what I had hoped for. As we were leaving, I spotted a vehicle just recently traded and brought out of inspection. SOLD! Logan was such a pleasure to work with, very professional and patient in our process to purchase my retirement gift to myself. Then came the trade discussion and finance; these guys have given us the most delightful and trouble free vehicle purchase we have had in our years of purchasing new or used vehicles. As I follow them on Facebook, I am reminded of their friendly inspiring smiles and demeanor; it makes me want to purchase another vehicle. But, I’m totally happy with my beautiful Toyota 4Runner, we’re on our 2nd year of a life time. These guys are a 10 out of 10 stars!! Way to go Logan and Riverside Ford!!!

Not a good experience
The salesman was excellent to deal with, but that’s as far as the good experience went. The finance officer had a chip on his shoulder and was only concerned about selling a warranty policy. The shop was supposed to detail the truck but they literally wiped the seats down and considered it good. And I’ve now had the truck for a few months and still trying to get the smoke smell out of it. I get it I should not have taken it until it was ready but I was on a time crunch. When they asked how the experience was, complete silence. I’m sure not everyone get ms this treatment but I would go elsewhere next time.
