So I purchased a vehicle from them in November of 2021.
So I purchased a vehicle from them in November of 2021. First they bundled 4 warranties at the cost of 50% of the cars purchase price telling me it was part of the deal to obtain me financing which isn't true. Secondly, a few months later I got a flat tire and went to purchase a replacement, well it turns out that the car had 2 different tire sizes on it when it was sold to me. The third and final straw was that when I was sold the car the salesman pointed to a section saying they owed me a repair for the ac but since it was a hyundai they couldn't fix it there so when I was able to they said to get it fixed at a Hyundai dealer and they would pay for it. When I went to do this, the sales manager told me that if I still have that warranty bundle then I could get it fixed and they would pay me back but since I've canceled it they won't. Now magically the ac repair promise isn't in my contract so if you buy here, do so very cautiously. Apparently they repair they promise is only valid for 30 days which is something they also failed to mention at the time of purchase.
