Chad and Otis kept me informed as to what was happening with my Bronco Order. when it shipped, where it was in the process and when it was expected to arrive. I received a picture of my Bronco at the time it arrived at the dealer in the early morning and by late afternoon it was prepped and ready to go. the finance manager had me in a out in no time and got me a great rate on financing, all the while chad making sure all was going well and I was taken care of. That weekend it was the Ford Shelby meet in Tulsa and Riverside had a Bronco accessories booth which I learns that I had Ford points which i could use to get multiple Accessories for my new Bronco. They quick discussed the accessories and explained the install process and I order several items which should be in soon. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all aspect of the process. I will High recommend the New Riverside Ford and have sent referral already.
