Logan has sold me three cars now.

Logan has sold me three cars now. All three purchases were quick and easy. Told him what I wanted, and got me in those cars every time. If you want a salesman that’s going to work to get you in what you want, go to Logan!

My daughter took her 2015 Explorer in for a safety recall

My daughter took her 2015 Explorer in for a safety recall that required the replacement of rear toe links. Because the links are what adjust the rear toe the car had to be aligned. She was told that Ford doesn't cover adjusting the front toe but that she had to have it done at a cost of $109.00. As an ASE certified technician, I know that the front wheel alignment has to be in line with the rear and any adjustment to the rear changes the front toe. Why would a customer be charged to realign their vehicle that was perfectly in alignment before the recall was done? I know that Toyota has recalls on steering linkage that the customer not only gets the linkage and full alignment done for free but they also replace any seized components if they can't adjust the alignment back into specification.

Horrible service.

Horrible service. Couldn't even do the recall right. Tried since July to get warranty work done. They fired the guy who took my information and all the pictures and information was lost. Service and the manager over service will not return their calls. Wanted 2 days to do a diagnostic without getting my rental for two days. Wowzers. It's in the warranty contract. The only thing they did right was sell me a nice vehicle.

Please dear god do not buy from this dealership.

Please dear god do not buy from this dealership. All they do is tricks and schemes. They will add in all of the warranties and tell you that is the lowest price they can go. They have a big flat top computer for you to sign all the papers on so you can’t see what you’re actually signing. They won’t explain any of the prices. When you receive the paper in the mail with the actual price on it, they will act like you’re stupid when you are confused on why you’re $25,000 vehicle has increased another $20,000. Not only this, they will misspell your name despite them having your driver’s license at their fingertips when they type up the paperwork. Hopefully they fire the manipulative finance manager. Unprofessional trickery.

Swindlers

I called to verify if a vehicle I saw on CarGurus was available. While on the phone I asked if the price listed on the app was correct at 32,989 and all of the details. Overnight the price was raised 1k and I called again before leaving from Noble and making the 2 hour drive to the car lot. I talked to the manager Otis to see if they would uphold the price listed when I made my appointment and came to a agreement. Upon arrival the salesman named Mike Kennedy informed me the the real price of the vehicle is 39,989 and that there was no way possible to bring the price down to the price it was listed when I made my appointment. So in turn if you find a great deal for a vehicle you’ve been looking for and make the trip it’s on you. They show that they have absolutely ZERO remorse in telling you a price and then changing it. This car lot is full of crooks and swindlers.

Unconcerned

We’re new to the area and we’re trying to find someone to work on our two Fords - especially the diesel - so we left two messages for the service manager to call us. No return call even after 48 hours. Going elsewhere.

Mark Davis is the best!

Mark was able to find me a xar with really good rebates on it. This helped me as I owed a little more on my trade. This was my 2nd deal with Mark and I would highly recommend him!
