Great time buying a new truck

This experience was one of the best I've ever had buying a new vehicle. Mark Davis was extremely helpful and friendly. He spent a lot of time making sure I got what I needed and wanted asxwell as helped with a few final tutorials before I left... Thanks Mark!

SUPER NICE people and awesome vehicles!

We didn't think we'd qualify for a new vehicle... these nice folks helped us get into my dream car and not hurt our budget too much!

Great experience. Easy to buy a car.

Great experience. I was able to buy the car in 10 minutes at the price that I wanted. No fluff. No trouble. I recommend Tom Becker and Bob Hurley Ford to anyone.

Great Service

Came in twice now within three weeks with truck leaking. Asma helped me immediately since I had to head out of town. She immediately grabbed a Mykel Dershem who took one quick look under my truck & identifies the problem within a couple minutes. They rushed my truck in and fixed the leak within a couple hours. Second time in same scenario Asma was very quick with getting me taken care of and stayed in constant communication with me letting me know what was going on the whole time. I would recommended Asma As a service assistant to anyone. Thanks for the help y’all!

Do car salespeople read minds? Seems like it...

Friendly, dedicated, creative salespeople! While I didn't get the car I originally wanted, I believe Carolyn found something even better for me. I am still smiling and find myself looking for reasons to drive my fun car! Thank you!! (I would have given five stars except that one Finance person seemed condescending and combative.)

Excellent customer service

Mark Davis and the guys went above and beyond to help us get into a new truck. They gave us a great trade in. This is our second vehicle from Bob Hurley and I will continue to buy all my vehicles from them.

Great Experience

We were so happy with our experience with Tom Becker at Bob Hurley Ford. Tom was prepared and very knowledgeable. He did not pressure us at all and was so helpful throughout the process. The paperwork was fast and efficient and the finance director was very professional and friendly. I would strongly recommend Bob Hurley and Tom Becker to anyone who is considering the purchase of a new car.
