Just Amazing

I want to thank Carolyn for being patient, she went above and beyond to help me get my dream truck. She was in constant contact with me the entire time as I was doing everything online. She had everything together and ready to go when I made it to the dealership. Easy in and easy out. If your looking for a vehicle contact Carolyn Becker she will do everything she can to help you. A big shout out to the Bob Hurley family for helping me out....like I said Just Amazing.

Awesome Team

I purchased my vehicle with the help of J. Boomer and Ray April. They worked me up a great deal and explained everything to.me. The financing dept another wonderful experience!!!.. I appreciate all the help and patience in explaining the process to me... The Performance Center Manager Jeff Leslie was great in helping me with all if my updates installed on my new F-250. Once he got me rollin Asma Whitekiller in the service Dept. did an awesome job with everything. Both Jeff and Asma took time to update me throughout the installation of all upgrades.. Thank you to everyone Awesome Team at Bob Hurley!!!

Poor Customer Service

We got our car Jan. 10th. The dealership didn't get the loan papers to the credit union by the time our paper tag expired. They issued us a new paper tag dated Jan. 31st which for some reason raised our interest rate about a quarter of a point, resulting in further signed paperwork. That tag expired as well, as the paperwork still didn't reach the credit union. They issued us yet a 3rd paper tag. My first payment was due March 17th, and since they still hadn't sent the paperwork to the credit union. Now my first payment is late! I am demanding that they pay my tax, tag, 1st payment and give us an apology. The dealership will NOT return my phone calls! I am registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would NOT recommend them and will tell all my friends on social media.

We finally found the right guy to help us! Daryl Jones answered his phone and got to work right away. Within 20 minutes, he researched our problem and has answers. Our first payment was made by them the same day, and our title was in the mail. Thank you Mr. Jones.

Great Service in our Car Hunt - Thanks Carolyn!

My wife and I looked at several dealerships in the Claremore/Tulsa area in search of a Ford Explorer before we made our purchase at Bob Hurley Ford. There were several things that impressed us with the overall experience. We received a prompt callback after filling in the contact form on the dealer website to arrange an appointment. Of all the sales people who we spoke to at other dealerships, Carolyn was by far the most responsive and supportive in helping us find a car we liked. When we showed up to the lot, she had already made a roster of several cars that fit our needs based on our initial phone conversation. After looking at them, we actually wound up buying the first one she showed us. There were a few minor items that needed to be taken care of before we took delivery of the vehicle and between Carolyn and the service manager, they had us in and out within a day. We were very happy with the process as whole, and based on our experience I would recommend Bob Hurley to any of my friends or family.

Easiest Buying Experience Ever

This was probably the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new truck. Carolyn, my salesperson went above and beyond to make sure i got the best deal and also the exact vehicle I wanted. I’ve never had a salesperson that was this helpful, nice, and attentive to my needs during the sales process. This was an out of state deal and closed the entire deal and negotiations over text messages. Could not have asked for a better sales representative than Carolyn Becker!

Asma and Mike I can't say enough.

Asme and Mike were both awesome took me in took care of me right away as I was out of town. They all were really concerned about getting me back on the road. A beautiful place to go with wonderful people that really are about there customers. I can't say enough.

Great company great people

Iv been to 5 dealer ships and none of them could help the people here really care about what you lwave with we where not rushed or pushed in to a vehicle we told them what we needed and the gave us options with no promoises to buy we lwft with a great truck and i will definitly recomend them

Easy and informative

Mark Davis is the real deal. I mean he cares for the customers from the start. My wife said it best. We have bought many cars in the past but Mark made this the easiest and best buying experience we have ever had in our 40 years of car buying. He and the Bob Hurley dealership are with out a doubt the premier Ford dealership in Tulsa!
