Truck having Fuel issues

My truck had a engine light come on the Turner Turnpuke. Showed low fuel pressure. I made a phone call to Bob Hurley Ford talked Asma in service. She directed me to the dealer to diagnose my proble. She met me in the parking lot. Very nice young lady. They had my problem repaired in less then 30 mins. Bob Hurley has a new Customer. Thanks again Daryl Bookout

Best experience ever!

My experience with car dealerships left me frustrated, so I didn't have high hopes. Casey Long, my sales rep made this the best experience with his laid back approach. He listened to what I wanted, got the right financing (with the help of the amazing Jim Smith) and the right car. He has made sure the car is like new and followed up every step of the way. The whole process, including the financing, was painless and I dare say enjoyable! Casey has a customer for life and I would recommend him to anyone I know!

Great experience

When looking to make my first purchase I went to Bob Hurley and was met by Eddye. I had gone into look for a Honda Civic only to discover that the Civic had already been sold. Eddye was eager to help and assist me, however. she did not try to up sale me, rather she took the time to discover my needs and what I could afford. In doing this she helped me find the perfect car for me. 10/10 would recommend Eddye!

Ricky Bennett is the man

Ricky was awesome. An excellent salesman who is optimistic but sells you realism as well. Unlike other salesman at this location, Ricky never made us feel like we could afford something we couldn't, He was upfront but personable and made the car buying experience a memorable one.

Found my dream truck at the best price!

In passing I had mentioned to Ricky that I was interested in purchasing a Flareside Chevy. Many months later, Ricky had remembered me and immediately gave me a call once he found one on the lot. I had asked Ricky to send me a few pictures of the truck ... Less than an hour later I was a proud owner of my dream truck. I had to interact with a few other employees at during my experience, unfortunately I am unable to identify them during this review (since they never introduced themselves). With that being said, the other employees were not nearly as helpful nor sincere as Ricky. If it were not for Ricky being a shining example of customer service I would not have bought the truck. It is due to the experience with Ricky that I will be returning to buy my Wife her dream car, a 2017 Ford Explorer. In the end, Ricky is an awesome sales person that will go above and beyond for his client's needs. Bob Hurley was very open to a fair negotiation.
