In a nutshell, I drove almost 2 hours to meet Fred Dee and look at a car for possible purchase/trade only to be greatly disappointed in him and 77 Auto who he represents. Let me give you the main details. I was interested in a vehicle found on an internet search and chatted with Fred over two days, providing all necessary information on my intentions, the trade information, etc. Fred never disclosed he was not the salesperson I would be working with or that he was only business development. I was looking at other vehicles from other dealerships but had decided to go ahead with dealing with Fred/77 Auto. Specifically, because I had already imparted all of the necessary information to Fred and the vehicle at 77 Auto was in line with what I was looking for. I chose to make the drive believing that due to those facts, I could then just test drive the car, make the deal and be on my way in short order. I arrived at the dealership a little later than the appointment due to traffic. The car was not waiting for me, and Fred was not waiting for me. There would have been at least 45 minutes additional time for this to have been done, not to mention I was texting him in real time as to my exact time of arrival. First red flag. Another salesperson said he would be taking care of me and let me know he didn't have any of the information I gave to Fred other than I had a trade. Second red flag. He forthwith began asking me for all the information already given to Fred, thus proceeding to waste mine and my husband's time. I stated the dealership should have all my information already. After seeing that I was notably disappointed about the situation, the salesperson said he could get Fred so we could meet him. I asked him for what purpose, since he wasn't to be involved in the transaction going forward. He then said to me, very condescendingly, that it would make me 'feel better.' My husband and I exchanged a look. Third red flag, we could see I was dealing with a misogynistic culture at 77 Auto. After waiting ten minutes or so for Fred to be brought out, literally waiting in cricket silence, my husband and I decided to leave. We would not further waste our time with 77 Auto. At that point, we wondered what other insults and discourtesies would be forthcoming. When we were back on the road, I saw an incoming phone call from 77 Auto. I didn't pick it up. I subsequently received an email from the salesperson thanking us for our visit, which I thought was rich. I would expect an apology from Fred Dee for the unscrupulous manner in which he represented himself, much less the dealership for allowing such behavior on the part of its employees that represent it. However, I doubt seriously accountability is present at 77 Auto.

Was not given the price listed on their website. The salesman did not keep his promises of the things that were to be done before I picked the car up. The Manager shoved the key in my hand and tried to intimidate me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE CROCKED AND DISHONEST!!!

I recently bought 2020 Lincoln Nautilus from 77 auto. The sales guy Raheim was very helpful and very professional. The whole experience at the dealership was very good.

I was lied to my face about a open recall that they said was repaired and was not! Now I am stuck with a car with a recall that has NO remedy! Partially my own fault but he lied to me. Dishonest

When I Brought my car from 77 auto they said they put new tires on my car they couldn't be new because I found out they put 10 years old Tires on my and the Last time I Brought car in for an oil change the mechanic Change my oil mess with my Breaks and Left his Dirty Fingerprints on my car and time before that they missed Diagnosed my Transmission Problem they wanted $1,500 I Took it to Burns Chevrolet $200,00 I wasn't going to say nothing but Rasheed told me he put new tires on my car He Lied 10years old Tires is not New in fact it's Illegal 🚫to out 10years old Tires on a Vehicle

Bought a older car here. Brought up the issues before purchasing it, was told it would be fixed. Picked up the car to Nothing was repaired Now stuck with a car with issues and no warranty. Mike, sales manager was rude and nasty when I wanted to cancel the sale and return my trade in. These people are crooks. They will over charge you with fees and a high interest rate. Called the owner Meghan Brown. She avoided me so she's just as bad. They will take your money.. DON'T Buy from them. Mike the manager along with the salesperson who's no longer there are the worst to deal with. I've already replaced the battery right after the purchase and my trunk won't open. I will have to pay $560 to get that fixed.
