. We couldn't have been more pleased with the way we were treated. Being older we sometimes needed a little more explanation on certain things. Shane Andrews was very patient, courteous and helpful. He made phone calls to Ally to pay off our loan, contacted the insurance company for us and did everything possible to make us comfortable. All we had to do was get in our brand new, beautiful red Sonata and drive home. He couldn't have treated us any better if we were his parents. We also met two managers, I believe their names were Reginald and Rick. They were equally wonderful!
