The service center folks are always friendly and helpful.

The service center folks are always friendly and helpful. I appreciate the videos that walk through their inspection of your vehicle - it’s incredibly informative. The store is always clean and well-stocked with beverage and snack options. Overall, always a great experience with Walser Subaru of South St. Paul.

Everyone is friendly.

Everyone is friendly. Service is fast. Oil change & Tire rotation in less then a hour.

The sales person was very helpful and nice to deal with,

The sales person was very helpful and nice to deal with, The sales manager was a little more aggressive when it came to using their financing. I had a preapproved rate from my credit union of 4.99 percent and he wanted to try and beat it so my wife and I both had to fill out the credit app. The rate came back higher than the 4.99 but there was still pressure to use their financing because it wasn't that much of a difference. Not a huge deal but I like the no hassle pricing but I still felt like i was being pressured on the financing.

Angel was very professional.

Angel was very professional. I had a fraud alert on my credit reports. It was a challenge for him and his manager Dan. I got very frustrated but they both talked me off the ledge. The problem was eventually resolved. I would recommend them to anyone.
