Everyone was so very sweet, the video walkthrough for everything they noticed on my vehicle was extremely helpful and assured me that they were being very clairvoyant about everything. The process for switching out to the rental was very quick and seamless, I'm very grateful I went with a warranty through the dealership.

Keshawn is exceptional, and very detailed oriented. He didn't miss anything, and took care of whatever needed to be done with a calm and genuine demeanor. Couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you also for the wonderful option of renting a car for free for Solterra owners. So helpful when I knowing I'm venturing into very rural areas with no chargers. Thanks!
