1h45m oil change the last 2-3 times (7am) Lug nut fell
1h45m oil change the last 2-3 times (7am) Lug nut fell off a tire and another one was loose from my last oil change Pricing was very high. Your staff are very friendly and kind $35 discount was given. Not sure if that's from the long wait time or the lug nut issue. I don't think I will be back, mostly due to the wait time. I don't have 2.5 hours to spare for an oil change (drive time included).

Outback was due for 30000 service.
Outback was due for 30000 service. All was done promptly. The communication including the tech video was excellent. Great showroom waiting area. Could not ask for anything better. Ben was superb!
