9/8/25 My first appointment was with April Margetson at the collision center. She was very helpful and explained everything to me. I received a phone call later the same day about the rental being there when I drop my car off. Thank you for all your help. 2nd appointment was service with Anthony Dean, he is so kind and knowledgeable. He is very efficient and understanding. I asked about an detailing appointment, and explained that I had surgery scheduled on the 15th Sept that I would have to wait until sometime in October. He had it washed and vacuumed for me. Best service department ever. I have been helped by Mike mostly and he is very nice to deal with. Always a smile and keeps me up on what is going on with my car while in service (I normally wait). The app is easy to use and nice to make appointments through. Also, I feel I can stop by there if I have a quick question about something concerning my car. Waiting area is clean and comfortable.

What impressed me even more was their ability to adapt to a storm that had knocked out the power for a couple of days. Despite running on a generator and limited resources, they efficiently completed the work and kept me informed about the progress.
