…spent some time at Harper VW today; getting the oil changed, the tires rotated, and brakes checked.. Austin was my service tech and he is just the best! As I said last week when I was there with my husband’s Tiguon-Austin is a SUPER edition to the Harper family!! He kept me informed and kept checking on me! I always feel comfortable at Harper-just walk in like I live there! The comfort level and extended family feel are some of the many reasons why I’ve stayed with Harper over 24 years!! Y’all could teach these other dealerships a thing or two on how to treat their customers!!😉 Thanx for all you all do!! Much appreciated!!🥰

After 32 years of driving Hondas I decided to switch to VW. Price and quality played a huge factors. The car I was looking for was a VW Taos SE. It exceeded my expectations during a test drive. I would like to give a huge shout out to Mr. Dustin White who helped me a lot during a process of trade-out my old car and buying a new VW. Also, I would like to express my gratitude to a business manager (Trever, my apology for not remembering last name) who was a very kind man. Again, thank you both for let me go through a process of buying a new car effortlessly. I am impressed, for both, service and product.

Went in for my first oil change on my 2025 Atlas. The gentlemen there were very friendly, courteous and prompt. I dropped off, and Phillip kept me updated by text throughout the day on progress. When I picked up, the gentleman got me on my way very quickly. The vehicle was cleaner than when I brought it in!

Took my 2023 Taos in for an oil change. Service was quick and friendly. Waiting rooms at the dealership are comfortable and coffee is always available.

The dealership it self was good, but the people that works there they didn’t really seem like they care abut the customers they only cared about making a sale and that’s it.

Service advisor and other staff were courteous and professional. They worked me in ahead of schedule, kept me updated throughout the process and took care of my service need promptly.
