Legitimately the worst Dealership car buying experience

Legitimately the worst Dealership car buying experience I've ever encountered. The Dealer sent the wrong VIN number to my insurance company, which I had no idea that I was driving the car without insurance for 6 weeks. We are now over 3 months since purchase and I still have not received my plates or registration. Allegedly, because I can't get a straight answer from anyone at the dealership because they are so disorganized there was an issue with the title. You would think that some sort of communication would take place and come from the dealer, especially after calling them 9x before someone actually contacted me. On top of this I continually texted the Salesperson to have someone contact which again never happened. Now they are saying at least another 30 days for plates and registration. Not one phone call to make things right and no sense of urgency to actually rectify the situation. Basically I had to call and make a major complaint for anyone to actually get back to me. The greatest part about this whole situation is that one of the managers calls me and asks me how he can help me. He called me and had no idea what was wrong. Meanwhile he had phoned me 4 days earlier and left a voice message on my phone. He had no recollection of calling me previously. The place sucks bottom line

I’m taken care of the minute I arrive. Bob always checks me in immediately. He keeps me informed throughout the service and explains everything that was done at the end. He’s very efficient, friendly and informative.

pleasant visit as always!

pleasant visit as always! waited less than an hour for the service needed and even got a free key battery replacement.

Cannot be trusted!!!

Horrible experience. Unprofessional and dishonest. Prior to making travel arrangements, I flew in from Indianapolis. I asked my salesman for the out the door price, including taxes and any fees. Over the phone, my sales person was thorough. He gave me the internet price, which was a great price, as well as tax, estimated registration and fees, DMV fee and documentation fee. My salesman also promised that he'd provide transportation from my hotel to the dealership so that I could test drive the vehicle. The morning that I was scheduled to test drive the vehicle, my salesman said they did not have anyone available to pick me up from my hotel but offered to reimburse me if I took an Uber. So, I paid $55 for an Uber. I test drove the vehicle. The vehicle was missing an important key...and the tires needed to be replaced...but I really liked it and wanted to discuss making a deal. After I sat down to discuss extended warranties with the sales manager-I learned there was also a $2,995 dealer fee and a $1,285 guide point fee. It became awkward when the sales manager asked my salesman if he disclosed those fees to me before I made travel arrangements. The salesman lied and said that he did. Feeling uncomfortable, I asked for my Uber reimbursement, so that I could get out of there. But, they would not reimburse me because they said reimbursement was contingent on me buying the vehicle. I have the text message to prove...my salesman said nothing about reimbursement being contingent on me buying the vehicle. I cannot make this stuff up! I'm now out airfare, hotel expenses, food and the cost for an Uber. Feel free to email me for further details and call and text exchanges with my salesman. Don't do business with these weasels. They cannot be trusted.
