In an industry plagued with dishonest dealers and sleazy salesmen, Loudoun Motors stands as a shining example of how cars should be sold. I met Brent, who is the owner and the proprietor of this business, after I reached out to him about an excellent condition BMW X3. Brent came off as honest and caring individual. He was not pushy and truly seemed to listen to what I wanted rather than try to push me into a sale that I wasn’t sure about. He stayed late just so I could make it that evening to test drive the vehicle. He gave me the keys and I was able to test drive the vehicle just by myself with the wife. After I was done and told him I needed to think about it, he said it was fine and just to let him know. The whole experience was awesome and a breath of fresh air when compared to the crappy aftertaste that a lot of dealers leave you with after you meet them. Since Loudoun Motors is primarily a service shop rather than a car dealership, it ensures that cars that go through their hands are checked in and out and will be in excellent condition. The shop and the office were very clean and I know that Brent cares not only about the bottom line, but also with the whole experience of providing the best customer service possible. Although we didn’t make a deal on an X3 since I became indecisive, I am only going to consider buying from them in the future. I am actually looking forward to my next purchase!

I bought an older used car from a private seller that needed some routine maintenance (TPM Sensors, shocks, struts, etc.) and that's when I discovered Brent at Loudoun Motors. I've only taken the car to Brent and his team ever since. I wouldn't hesitate buying a car from Loudoun Motors because they've got great service and have really knowledgeable staff.
