I live in a different state and I wanted to buy this particular car without even seeing it in person. I had some contact with a salesman but I asked foe a walk around and that never happened. So why put it on a national stage.this would have been an easy sale. Kinda of left me standing...I assumed they were in the business to sell cars..very disappointed 😞..

Stay away from this dealership, I bought a BMW there and I’m having a lot of problems with it. Lately the check engine light came on, it’s been only 2 months since i got the car.

Scam artists who yes you to death but deliver nothing on their promises. Save yourself the aggravation and buy from anyone else. Bought a car that they told me was covered by their warranty. Broke down because it was burning oil within 10 days of purchase. They claimed to fix it but treated it as an oil leak not that too much oil was going to the engine. Then they offered to buy it back for $4000 less than I paid.

I have been very happy with everyone at Prime Wheels. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I purchased one car in February and returned to purchase another in April. I have been very happy with the service and the fact that they honor what hey say. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

Waiting for weeks. I have received No response from Prime Wheels. None whatsoever. Not even a bot response. I am very disappointed. How do they even sell cars. The customer is SUPPOSED to be the most important. I’m still looking but elsewhere now.

DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS!!! These scammers know how to “work the system”. Do yourselves a favor and check out the Better Business Bureau’s website for their input on this dealership. Jay and Moe are the sweet talkers of the dealership, while Rodney and Adam (the owner) are the xxxxx. They sold me a car and promised to “personally see that the minor issues are resolved” before I picked up the car. Two weeks of having the car and the original problems PLUS new ones have yet to be resolved and the “additional warranty” I purchased is not going to cover the parts. Why and how is this dealer still in business? STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS/THIEVES WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT DOING THE RIGHT THING!!!

I had such a good experience at prime wheels! Jay was so nice and patient with me, even though my BD wouldn’t shut up and was so annoying the entire time Jay was patient and friendly constantly lol !! He let me test drive many vehicle until I found the one I really liked. They made my purchase a pleasant Stress-free experience. All of their cars are pretty clean and very reasonably priced, much lower than all these other, high-priced dealers around. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family and returning to do business with them again!
