The car we were interested was detailed and waiting for us when we arrived for our appointment. We were greeted right away by our sales contact and then did an initial walk around the vehicle. We then took it for a test drive. Upon returning Kris asked us if we had any questions. All pricing was clearly shown and we got a very fair price for our trade in. We agreed to a deal and picked up the car a couple of days later. It was detailed again and the gas tank was filled. Kris followed up to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend this dealership and our sales representative.

We visited Manchester Mazda on a whim, not knowing much about Mazda vehicles since this was our first experience with the brand. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Scott, one of the most down-to-earth and personable salespeople we’ve ever met. Scott made the entire process feel relaxed and pressure-free. He gave us plenty of space to explore and test drive the CX-90, while still being available to answer all of our questions. As we went back and forth between choosing a used vehicle or going brand new, Scott remained patient, knowledgeable, and supportive—never pushy. Thanks to his guidance and easygoing approach, we felt confident in our decision and ultimately completed our purchase. Honestly, we’re not sure we would have moved forward without Scott. He made the entire experience effortless, took the time to thoroughly go over the vehicle with us, and ensured we felt comfortable every step of the way. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience. Thanks again Scott The Ouellettes

Manchester Mazda is a 1st class, well run and managed dealership. The facility is new, modern and welcoming. While you wait for service or shop they have a cute coffee & snack setup. Their sales folks now also do the financing so you don't have to go to the "corner office" to fight with the Finance Mgr over add-ons any longer! friendly, efficient and professional id how I'd describe the culture here. Lisa F. is an amazing sales manager and has been there for years. Kris was our sales rep and SUPER helpful!

Owen seemed to know exactly how to approach me, no pressure and well informed. To show you how long it’s been since I was in a new car dealership, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no “Let me go run this by my boss” lol not to mention the “ finance office xx, but no one liked that part of dealing with buying from a new car dealer. Nothing came up that Owen couldn’t handle. I’m very satisfied with Owen Wakelins ability to get the job done! The only issue if there had to be one was Owen letting me leave without a license plate frame advertising your dealership. lol, 😁 sorry Owen just a friendly little jab at you , I was planning on letting you know about it when I come in for a oil change, but I just couldn’t resist lol. Also the reason this deal worked was hinged on what I was given as an offer for my trade-in, well it was best one I got, while you were the only ones to see my car in person as well, that’s saying something!

My family and I have purchased several vehicles thru Manchester Mazda over the years. When the 2024 Mazda CX-90 first came out, my father and I were one of the 1st customers to purchase this new model and each purchased one. Unfortunately, the CX-90 I had bought was in and out of the shop for various repairs, recalls, and concerning build quality issues; and spent a better half of 120+ days out of service in their repair shop. While the service department is 5 stars, my particular experience was not handled very well when I decided to Lemmon law the vehicle. A sales manager, Brandon, persuaded me to not Lemmon law the vehicle, and after several months time, he eventually took the vehicle in on trade, which was resold to a customer… I was unfortunately misled after the buyback, despite all the previous issues, and stayed loyal to the Mazda brand by purchasing a new CX-70. Brandon has ignored numerous emails and calls which is unacceptable. It’s disheartening that this negative experience has led me to write a one star review, however I will no longer recommend Manchester Mazda sales to my family and friends

Bought a certified pre-owned vehicle with 3,000 miles from them in December 2024 - essentially like new. "What a steal!" I thought to myself. 1 week later one of the tires was flat from "wear and tear damage". Strange, we've been living and driving in the same area for years, no flats. Bad luck I supposed. Have to wait a week for the tire to come into the dealership, because no dealership carries these tires for some reason. $350 later, we're back at it. Fewer than 2 months later. Another flat. Different tire. No nail, no nothing. Just another "wear and tear" flat, unfixable. The GM says, "sorry, tires are never covered under any warranty". My point is, what kind of garbage tires do they put on these cars. Not their problem technically under the law, but common sense tells me that this is unfortunately a scam. Definitely will not be purchasing anymore cars from them (or perhaps Mazda in general).

Had a great experience here with my salesman Andrew. He was so knowledgeable, informative, and most of all, patient. I was facing a difficult situation in needing to replace my vehicle under a great deal of stress. Andrew was so respectful and was actually low pressure. He did not hound me with phone calls and texts which I absolutely loved and appreciated. I was planning on purchasing from this dealership because of my positive experience; the ONLY reason I didn't do so, was simply because I was looking for a specific model, trim, and color and another dealership could provide this more quickly. Even after purchasing, Andrew continued to be so nice. Highly recommend this dealership! Thank you so much Andrew for leading me to Mazda and helping me with such a difficult decision at a tough time in my life. You're the best! Nancy D
