Sub-Prime Customers get Sub-Prime Service
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I entered Mazda of Manchester on 2/22 and was greeted by Lisa the sales Manager and Carlie the Sales Representative. The first thing I did was explain to the sales manager my situation, that I was recently discharged from bankruptcy and needed to know if their finance manager worked with subprime lenders who would be willing to help me out. We sat and talked and I was informed they had one or two banks that could help me out. After speaking with Carlie briefly, I informed her directly that I had a car I could trade in that was quoted at $1500 by other dealerships as well as $500 cash. We agreed that I would come in the next day to work something out. Not only via email, and in person, I informed both the sales manager and the sales rep that my $800 in town car taxes were still due, and I asked if somehow this could be worked into the deal. I was promptly emailed back saying that she spoke to Lisa and that it could be worked into the deal and "taken care of." Well the next day I came in and pressed her briefly on how, and again I was brushed off with "i told my manager and they said it can be taken care of". So today, I get a call telling me that they were able to come to terms with a bank and I would need an additional $500 to get the deal through. So, after work I promptly went over. Not only was I never greeted by Carlie, whom didn't take a moment to step away from her current client and let me know she busy, but I was greeted with a finance manager who seemed surly at best. When I came in, the finance manager instantly told me to give my keys to a rep named Dave and he would quote the car. I said, okay before we do that why don't we discuss what the bank is willing to do, and what the numbers are. I was told "there is nothing to discuss, we discussed it on the phone". Then after being told this and asked to sit down, I stared at a wall for 25 minutes without anyone coming up to me or updating me as to what was going on except one gentleman who was on his way out of work. Once I was brought into the finance managers office, I was told not only do I NEED to pay an additional $300, that he could not budge at all on the price to make up the difference and sell the car, and also he informed me he still didn't quite get the deal through because they didn't give enough room in the monthly payment for GAP insurance. When I explained to him that I can get GAP insurance through my insurance provider, he pushed back instantly and said I needed it through my loan, which is totally untrue. Lastly, neither the sales rep or the sales manager ever told the finance manager about the $800 in car taxes, and the finance manager said he didn't even think he could get something done now. So, the entire deal fell through. No communication in this place, lots of brushing off, and individuals who seem quite surly when dealing with poor credit individuals. Sorry I don't have outstanding credit like 99% of your clientele, but I did not need to be treated this way.

We work to treat each customer in a manner that is fair, professional, and consistent with the Mazda of Manchester Fair Credit Compliance Program. We worked with our banks throughout the day on Monday, and were able to obtain a loan approval on a car you selected, with certain stipulations from the bank. After finalizing the appraisal of your car that evening, it turned out that the stipulations could not be met by yourself at this time. We regret that we did not arrive at a satisfactory outcome.

This was my first time buying at a dealership and Dave made my experience so easy! Dave was amazing to deal with and didn’t pressure me to purchase like other dealerships I had visited in my search. The best Mazda dealership.
Best decision I ever made four years ago when I purchased my new 2015 Mazda CX-3 from Ron Sloan at Mazda of Manchester. Since then I have leased a 2016 Mazda CX-5, a 2017 Mazda CX-5 and today I just purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5. I'll have to add an addition to my garage to handle all these cars. Seriously though, these are great cars. If I could give them 6 stars I would. First class dealership from the owner on down. Steve, I hope to see you again at Pastrami on Wry for lunch. Great experience
I have gotten two vehicles at this dealership. Nothing bad to say I would highly recommended them. I worked with Dave in the sales department and Tony in the service department and both we're extremely helpful.

Superb Service
I couldn't say more positive things about my experience with Mazda of Manchester. Rich was super informative without being a pushy salesman. I went shopping with my Dad, who has bought numerous other cars at dealerships and he stated that Rich was the "Best Car Salesman" he has ever worked with. The entire process of purchasing the car was smooth and speedy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area interested in Mazda.

Great Car Buying Experience! Excellent Service!
Rachel Urso, Lisa Friedrich and Mark Smith were all amazing to work with in my new car buying experience at Mazda of Manchester. They are highly professional and were able to find a new car for me quickly as well as gave me a fair trade-in value for my old car. Rachel was very knowledgeable about the new 2018 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring and she did a wonderful job explaining the features that the car was equipped with. Mark was able to accommodate an earlier delivery time despite their busy schedule that day. This was my second new car buying experience at this dealership and won't be my last.

Pleasant Experience in Buying a New Car
Excellent experience in buying this new car. Carlie was very helpful and knowledgeable, explaining all the wonderful features in this Mazda 6 Touring. The car is a combination of zip, maneuverability, comfort, and solid feeling. Looks great too. I would recommend anyone searching for a new car with these qualities to go to Mazda of Manchester and ask for Carlie.
