Me and my wife went to buy a red soul+ for 19,345 and by...

Me and my wife went to buy a red soul+ for 19,345 and by the time you added your extra dealer label it went to 22,000, the payment was to high.We then went to what we were told ,because of the steering wheel mounted audio that this was not a basic, it was considered a plus.This is what my wife was told while on the phone with are insurance company,We had a much cheaper price for a basic from Kia of Gaffney. I came in on March 24 at 745 at night and Stephen introduced his self to me, my wife, and son. He asked a few questions and took us straight to the perfect car. This had to of been the smoothest and fastest car deal ever. Stephen made me drive it, (well he drove and we rode). He told us everything about the car and worked numbers fast. He was one of the best salesman we ever had. I recommend him to anyone. It took about hour to buy a car at a great price! While in finance Stephen filled our tank and detailed our car. Then he paired our phones, showed us all features and we out. I can only give him a 10 but I would rate 100! Go to Kia, see Stephen and you will not be let down!

Kay was excellent. She went above and beyond to go over all the details of all the cars we looked at. She even let us take the car for the afternoon so we could try it out in daily life and with the car seat in it. She worked with us to ensure we were getting the exact deal we were looking for so there was no haggling once we got to the credit department.

Before visiting Kia of Gastonia I told my friends I would rather be stripped naked and marched down Main Street rather than go car shopping. As I said, that was before visiting Kia of Gastonia. The entire experience from the moment my husband and I stepped out of our car and met salesman Ron Gosey to completion of financing with Larry was incredibly easy and pleasant. Both gentlemen went out of their way to make sure our car buying needs were met and our payment fit our budget. We were not the easiest "sell" which made their efforts to negotiate a fair deal even more impressive. I highly recommend Ron Gosey as an honest, knowledgable representative who treats his customers with respect and takes the time to address their concerns. Kia of Gastonia is obviously focused on maintaining long term relationships rather than a one time quick sale and it shows in the way their employeess communicate with customers. Great product, great warranty, great customer service. I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else.

Mrs. Kay was absolutely wonderful. I was in a hurry, and we had an idea of what we wanted. Mrs. Kay greeted us with a handshake and a smile, and helped us tremendously. We drove up wanting to get a Kia Soul that we wanted from online shopping that was going to cost around 13k. Mrs. Kay was so helpful that we ended up leaving with the model with bells and whistles, cost around 20k. Normally i would not be happy about this kind of situation, but i can honestly say that is the happiest and best experience i have ever had spending money. My wife and i are VERY happy with our new Kia Soul, and look forward to purchasing our cars in the future from Mrs. Kay at Kia of Gastonia. Even the Finance guy that finished up the paperwork with us was wonderful and a delight to do business with. Kia of Gastonia is top notch, with top notch people!!! I will suggest Kia of Gastonia to my friends and family. i AM definitely a Promoter!!! (yes, i know what this means. i work in retail.)

My first time buying a car turned out to be a wonderful time!! Bobby was so nice and knowledgeable about the different models and features. He helped my husband and I make the right choice.
