Well currently we are a week into waiting on service to have a car so I can bring my daughters car in for repair this afternoon they had it last time 6 days, I strongly recommend to look elsewhere for a Kia based on there very inadequate service department So Kia we are still waiting, thanks for the customer service and concern for a vehicle we have had 6 weeks Well we are another 3 weeks in and my daughters car is still in shop for now a week and half, of course I called but there to busy to assist, it’s to the point this is comical , this is a certified pre owned as well as my daughter bought the extra warranty, but no answers. I guess she can just drive the loaner. So a few recommendations, if you buy a car here do not use their service department but ultimately I’d suggest just drive on by!!! I have never been this disappointed with a dealer ever, trust me don’t waste your time!!! Still waiting and the general manager has yet to reach out (crickets)!!!!

Jose and James made our experience a smooth and easy transition. From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out we felt heard, valued and felt like more than just a customer there purchasing a car. 10/10 I highly recommend!!

Analis from Service was very helpful with information about my SUV and even brought my car home when I did not have away to pick it up. I’m very grateful for that. The manager Craig I didn’t not like the way he spoke to me. I was thinking about not coming back to this dealership because of him. I’m only going to come back because of Analis great customer service.

I don't like to feel rushed or like someone is trying to convince me of what kind of car I need, so that is one of the most important things I appreciate about this whole staff, they work with you until you're pleased about everything.
