was sold a used car from Courage KIA. They said everything was checked out on the car. After I signed the contract, I took the car to my mechanic, and he discovered that the whole undercarriage was rusted. The muffler, the shock absorbers, the rotators. He said it had been in water somewhere and that the car was going to need a lot of money to fix. Plus, he said they did not service the car before they sold it to me or they would have known this and were obligated to disclose this to me, which they did not. He also said the coolant wasn't filled, the oil was dirty and a part of the engine was not secured. I went right back and told them I didn't want the car and they said too bad I signed the contract. I need a car because the car they sold me last June needed repairs that costs me hundreds of dollars until it finally blew a gasket. So, this is the second time I have had to deal with them! I am a 63 year old woman who lives on disability. They took advantage of me and I want them investigated for bad business practices and I want my money back which they refuse to do! Please help me!! People need to know what kind of dealership this is! Now I am out $9,000 dollars and stuck with a car that needs hundreds of dollars in repairs!

The manner in which I was spoken to, pressured into purchasing day of visit, and honestly just rudely disrespected by the overbearing sales manager. I would NEVER recommend this KIA dealership to anyone looking for mutual respect or any sign of honest integrity. The manager was a complete vulture and he hovered over the sales staff like a xxxx. My sales associate also could not speak to the the misleading and quite deceitful numbers I was being given. When they say it's a great deal, and the numbers are going in reverse you know they are trying to pull a fast one on you.

They sold us a car without telling us they did not have
They sold us a car without telling us they did not have the title. They sold us a car that was not clean but promised to get it to the standards of the 160 point checking system Kia promises. After selling us the car, they did not give us any selling paperwork. We went times to get it. They said the system was down and no word on the title yet. They finally said the car had been properly inspected and no issues were found. Well, we found several. Headlight cover severely scratched, paint chipped and a huge chunk of paint off of the hood, door handle on passenger side would not lock wby pushing the button on the handle. We were promised that these would be corrected.The 1st time we took it in, they kept it 10 days without giving us a loaner car and I had to call and find out they just hadn't gotten to it yet.No word on when it would be ready. When we did pick up the car and it appeared that it had been driven over 100 miles. Since I didn't take a picture of the odometer, I said nothing. The next time one of the 2 paint jobs were done. They advised that because a pinstripe was involved in the other, the awful toichuo would have to do. The 2nd time they had it for service it had 123 miles to empty. When we picked up the car 7 days later, it indicated less than 30, get gas on the panel. They will not fix the other items promised. They texted to say the handle had come in and to schedule an appointment. I called that day. Set an appointment for the next Wednesday and asked how long they'd have it so we could make car arrangements. I was told they'd get back to me that afternoon. The day before the scheduled appointment, I texted that we were canceling because we had not received a call about the time for the repair. They then said it would only take a few hours, but I had already made an appointment with another places to get it fixed and will.not be using or recommending anybody to use Courage Kia.

David & team were able to get me a great interest rate
David & team were able to get me a great interest rate even though I had some hiccups on my credit score. I also needed to have service done since I drove my Kia Sportage pretty hard for work the first few months. They were very thorough, Ahretta followed up with me regularly, I loved how I could see all recommended services & prices to approve or decline via text, and I almost didn't recognize it at pick up since they had washed & waxed & vacuumed the inside. What a delightful surprise! Would 10/10 recommend.

They screwed me I traded a vehicle in decemeber 2020 and...
They screwed me I traded a vehicle in decemeber 2020 and they were supposed to be pay it off and here I am having to make two car payments because they have yet to pay off the vehicle that was traded in. I'd suggest finding another dealership before dealing with them

Avoid this dealership at all costs.
This is an ok dealership to purchase a car from. I just wish they were more upfront and explained the paperwork thoroughly so the customer will understand what they are signing. This would be my second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. You will still be there 4 to 6 hours before you even get in the room to sign your contract. They need to streamline this process and I think they need more than 2 finance managers there on busy days. Overall they are okay. Would I recommend someone to buy from them? Maybe, but I would stress to them read, read, read their contract because the dealer is not going to explain it to you. Update: So I went back to the dealership to cancel a warranty service contract that I purchased and didn't need at the time. The financial manager said that he would send it in to the warranty company and never did. It has been over 2 months and I have been keeping an eye on my loan to see if the amount would drop so I called the warranty company and they said that they haven't received the proper paperwork from the dealership. So I have to do it. I have dropped my rating because of this. I am learning to never put my trust in a dealership in doing what they say they are going to do. I know if I did this same exact thing at my company I would be put on probation or terminated. Anyway, what is done is done. Lesson learned. Update (7/7/2018): I contacted this dealership because I am still waiting on my refund to go back to my loan holder from the Vehicle Warranty I cancelled from Fidelity Warranty Services. The money was sent to Kia of Gastonia in May it is now July and nothing has been done. This is the worst customer experience I have ever faced ever. The dealership doesn't do what they are supposed to do and I guess expects the customer to do their job for them. Never again am I buying from the dealership if this is what I have to go through with them. And here I gave them 4-1/2 stars initially. They are a 1-star now. Please send the refund back that you received from the Warranty company. I don't want to have to take any other steps to resolve this issue. I am giving you guys a chance here.
