was sold a used car from Courage KIA. They said everything was checked out on the car. After I signed the contract, I took the car to my mechanic, and he discovered that the whole undercarriage was rusted. The muffler, the shock absorbers, the rotators. He said it had been in water somewhere and that the car was going to need a lot of money to fix. Plus, he said they did not service the car before they sold it to me or they would have known this and were obligated to disclose this to me, which they did not. He also said the coolant wasn't filled, the oil was dirty and a part of the engine was not secured. I went right back and told them I didn't want the car and they said too bad I signed the contract. I need a car because the car they sold me last June needed repairs that costs me hundreds of dollars until it finally blew a gasket. So, this is the second time I have had to deal with them! I am a 63 year old woman who lives on disability. They took advantage of me and I want them investigated for bad business practices and I want my money back which they refuse to do! Please help me!! People need to know what kind of dealership this is! Now I am out $9,000 dollars and stuck with a car that needs hundreds of dollars in repairs!

They sold us a car without telling us they did not have
They sold us a car without telling us they did not have the title. They sold us a car that was not clean but promised to get it to the standards of the 160 point checking system Kia promises. After selling us the car, they did not give us any selling paperwork. We went times to get it. They said the system was down and no word on the title yet. They finally said the car had been properly inspected and no issues were found. Well, we found several. Headlight cover severely scratched, paint chipped and a huge chunk of paint off of the hood, door handle on passenger side would not lock wby pushing the button on the handle. We were promised that these would be corrected.The 1st time we took it in, they kept it 10 days without giving us a loaner car and I had to call and find out they just hadn't gotten to it yet.No word on when it would be ready. When we did pick up the car and it appeared that it had been driven over 100 miles. Since I didn't take a picture of the odometer, I said nothing. The next time one of the 2 paint jobs were done. They advised that because a pinstripe was involved in the other, the awful toichuo would have to do. The 2nd time they had it for service it had 123 miles to empty. When we picked up the car 7 days later, it indicated less than 30, get gas on the panel. They will not fix the other items promised. They texted to say the handle had come in and to schedule an appointment. I called that day. Set an appointment for the next Wednesday and asked how long they'd have it so we could make car arrangements. I was told they'd get back to me that afternoon. The day before the scheduled appointment, I texted that we were canceling because we had not received a call about the time for the repair. They then said it would only take a few hours, but I had already made an appointment with another places to get it fixed and will.not be using or recommending anybody to use Courage Kia.

David & team were able to get me a great interest rate
David & team were able to get me a great interest rate even though I had some hiccups on my credit score. I also needed to have service done since I drove my Kia Sportage pretty hard for work the first few months. They were very thorough, Ahretta followed up with me regularly, I loved how I could see all recommended services & prices to approve or decline via text, and I almost didn't recognize it at pick up since they had washed & waxed & vacuumed the inside. What a delightful surprise! Would 10/10 recommend.

on 02/14/2022 i bought a KIA Soul for my wife ,two weeks
on 02/14/2022 i bought a KIA Soul for my wife ,two weeks later courage kia called saying we have the wrong vin number and they will give us a new kia with 0 miles and every thing else the same, the new one had over 400 miles on it and had an all black interor, now we are paying on a car we don't want and paid over 3,000 asking price we went for our service and was turned down by gerald bennet sales manager saying we gave that up for $4.00.00 dollars he flashed a paper so fast we asked him for a copy of where we signed he still will not give us a copy after three times.looks like were headed to court. don't trust these people!

They screwed me I traded a vehicle in decemeber 2020 and...
They screwed me I traded a vehicle in decemeber 2020 and they were supposed to be pay it off and here I am having to make two car payments because they have yet to pay off the vehicle that was traded in. I'd suggest finding another dealership before dealing with them

Dishonest sales tactics
Nikki made an appointment with me to show me a van I was interested in. I arrived at this dealership on time to see the van. And she told me that the van was sold one hour prior to my arrival. If they actually sold the van, then she should have given me a courtesy call to save me a trip out. I believe it was a sells tactic to get me out there.

I also understand that the vehicle that you were primarily interested in was sold prior to your arrival. When Nikki takes an appointment from a customer, she checks to see if the vehicle is still on our lot, which it was when she spoke to you. Now on a Saturday, it gets extremely busy in here and we sometimes vehicles get sold faster than we can update our inventory and website. So again, we apologize for the inconvenience that this had caused you. We had no intention of making you come her on false pretenses and our usual practice is to call our customers in advance if we already know that the car was sold prior to a visit to our dealership.
